Return Policy Due to the nature of the items created. All items are NON RETURNABLE. Not only for hygienic reasons, but there are more people out there that will buy and item for an occasion and return it. I back my items up 100% to my direct customers and retailers. What I am sending is made well and description will be accurate. Please don't ask for to take back an item unless I sent you the wrong item. It is your responsibility to make sure what you are buying is what you WANT and the right color. If trying to match to an exact color, I always advise to send me email and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have. It is your responsibility to make sure your research is done. I will do my best to always give the most info I have on the. But if your question is not answered, please just ask. My response time is usually a few hours at the most!
Shipping All items are shipped via USPS. All items will have a tracking number. If you purchase from outside the US, there will only be a customs form number that will let you know that it arrived to your country. All items going outside of the US are open for inspections via customs. That can delay the delivery of your item. This is TOTALLY out of my control no matter what shipping method (deliver time) paid for. Additionally, if an item is lost, damaged or stolen, you will not get a refund or replacement of the item. You always have an option for insurance which will cover the item if any of the above happens.
Wholesale If you have a wholesale order via my company, all payments are due once the order is placed, or proper arrangement has been made for deposit. Orders placed will have a 48 hour window to cancel on any part of the order. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. After the 48 hour timeline, the order will stand. Items will be created and payment will be run for those items. I buy supplies and put time into the items ordered, I cannot afford to have an order pulled.
Photography/Designs All photos supplied on all pages are from many tallented photographers, models, muah designers and all the inbetweens. ALL photos are property of Vintage Box 1947 and any party involved. If you wish to use a photo, I don't have a problem with it but please be respectful and give proper credits. We all worked hard and deserve the credit!
